The company laboratory covers an area of about 1,500 square meters, with professional lab personnel providing comprehensive testing services for our R&D, technical, quality and production departments, as well as for customers.
The laboratory is equipped with specialized test equipment, including fan aerodynamic performance test systems (including large, medium and small chambers, with maximum measurable air volume 30,000m3/h), multi-channel noise detector (including semi-anechoic chamber, test range 30dB (A) ~ 130dB (A)), hysteresis dynamometers (AC dynamometer and DC dynamometer), power meters, temperature rise testing instrument for electriferous winding, programmable walk-in environmental testing chambers, locked-rotor testing device, electronic vibration test bench, impeller overspeed test bench, waterproof test chamber, electric fast transient pulse group simulator, power failure simulator, power frequency electromagnetic field interference simulator, electrostatic discharge simulator, and combination wave surge testing system to test air volume, static pressure, noise, motor energy efficiency, temperature rises, high and low temperatures, service life, harsh environments (such as rainstorms) simulation and other related tests for fans and motors.
The laboratory has established a close and comprehensive strategic partnership with National Air-cooling Technology Research, Promotion Center of Shanghai Jiaotong University and Hefei General Machinery & Electrical Products Inspection Institute, as well as becoming a UL WTDP laboratory.
